Today was a very stressful day for me! Mommy took me to school. I got to see Miss Carol and Miss Chrissie from when I was in school back in September and they kept saying how big I was and how pretty my eyes are. Good start for them to get on my good side.

It started out good. Mommy gave me breakfast and we had a bottle. Then she left!!! She didn't come back ALL day! Because I was the only guy in my class yesterday, I had to be all macho and not cry too much, but I missed Mommy a lot!

But there were LOTS of toys for me to play with. And I got to go outside. And I ate all my snack puffs (Mommy almost fainted when she heard I ate so many!). And my shoes stayed on ALL day long!

Mommy was really happy to see me, but I was pretty tired by the time she got there to pick me up.

By bedtime, something bad was happening. I had some snot coming out of my nose. Darn that Robbie! Why's he ALWAYS giving me the sniffles? I had a miserable night and woke up almost on the hour. Poor Mommy and Daddy. They were really tired too!

Today was super exciting! I have finally figured out how to get out of the TV room. Yes, I love TV, but I need to EXPLORE! Mommy didn't quite share my enthusiasm for my new skill. In fact, I ended up in Time Out more than once this afternoon. What's up with THAT? Needless to say, I was glad to see Daddy when he came home!

After dinner, a bunch of stuff started happening. Mommy and Daddy let me go explore all over the place! Daddy put up some safety gates and I helped a little. The drill noise scared me at first, but I got used to it. I'm gonna be a super helper when I'm bigger!

Then after the gates went up, I took my bath in a new place! It looked like my bath tub but it was HUGE!!! And Mommy and Daddy let me splash all I liked! And there were new toys in my bath tub. I can't wait to see how much fun tomorrow is!

Mommy is sorry for not having updated my blog sooner, but I've been keeping her busy! She just wanted me to share some big news from today and then she'll catch the blog up to date (fill in stuff) and put up March's photos soon!

Today, I had my official first steps! I have done a step or two here and there over the last few days, but tonight, I actually had some control over myself and was able to take some real steps more than once!

Daddy thinks I'll be walking by Easter. We'll keep you posted if he's as smart as he looks later on! (Mommy is giggling because she's not sure if that's a compliment or not....)
