Today was lots of fun. Mommy and Daddy got me up really really early to go shopping, although we didn't buy me anything. They said something about Black Friday and a dishwasher. I was really good and actually had a bottle in the car. I think I cheered everyone up who was waiting in the checkout line.

Then we went back home and Daddy and I took a nap. Mommy did more shopping, but I don't know what she got.

Later, we went to Sea World with the Wards to see some guy named Santa. We watched a little movie about a Polar Express and then met this guy with really red cheeks. I was tired, so I just kinda did what Mommy and Daddy wanted. It was just easier that way.

Then we ate dinner and saw the Shamu show. I slept through the beginning stuff, but when the crowd started getting loud, I woke up. I finally saw Shamu. I think I like him, although I was a bit cranky because it was so noisy there!

Mommy carried me all the way to the car and we went home. I slept so good that night because I was super tired!

Today was Thanksgiving. I'm not really sure what Thanksgiving is, but apparently, it's a photo occasion. Mommy dressed me up in a special outfit that Aunt Karen had given me and took my picture. Mommy really liked my bib that day - I don't get the joke. We stayed home and just hung out as a family. I guess maybe next year, I'll see what all the fuss is about.

We went to great grandma's house this weekend and I got to see Uncle Jason too! I showed him my cool exersaucer and he liked playing with me. I think Uncle Jason will start being fun when he gets older. He just can't appreciate all my wackiness just yet!

Today I saw my first space shuttle launch. I'm not really sure what a space shuttle is. From the best I can figure, it's a red sign that says Ace Hardware because that's what I was paying attention to.

There were lots of people hanging around and then there was a bright light in the sky. Mommy and Daddy thought it was really neat. There was a loud noise a little bit later and that didn't really seem to bother me either.

I really just wanted to finish the bottle that we had started for dinner. (Sorry for crying so much on the ride home Daddy!)

I am having so much fun playing with my exersaucer! I like the different toys on it and the little house that plays music. One of these days, I'm actually going to be able to make the music start by myself, but for now, I like that Mommy and Daddy have to play with me still!

This morning, I woke up and I was playing with the crib turtle that my Uncle Ronnie and Aunt Barb bought for me. I was using my foot to change the songs on purpose. I'm getting so smart and that was just the start of my day!

Today was a big adventure day for me! Mommy and Daddy took me shopping in Daytona. Mommy needed to buy some new shoes. Then we went to a place just for me - Baby Depot at Burlington Coat Factory. Okay, I just woke up there.

Mommy got all excited because they had a bunch of things that went along with my room like a lamp, a rug and a switchplate for the light switch. But the real reason we were there is because I was getting a really big toy! They bought me an EXERSAUCER! It's really fun. I tried out a few last week but didn't like any of them. But I liked this one and they bought it for me. I'm getting good at picking out my own toys!

Then we went to Sam's Club but I was sleeping through most of that. I had such a good time getting my new toy that I needed another little nap!

When we got home, we did something really really different - Mommy and Daddy put me in my high chair and fed me some stuff with a spoon! Okay, Daddy did the spoon work and Mommy took pictures. But then Mommy fed me a little too!

I'm not entirely sure what to make of this stuff, but Mommy and Daddy seem really proud of me for not spitting it all up. I don't know if I like rice cereal, but I'll give it a try.

    NOTE FROM MOMMY:

I'm really behind in his journal. We went on vacation and had a bunch of work done on the house. He was in day care for a little bit and my computer died. Hopefully, I'll be able to get everything caught back up soon! I haven't even edited our vacation photos from the late September/early October!

    Thanks for your patience!

I don't know who had a harder day today - me or Mommy. Daddy's the brave one... good thing he was there!

I went to the doctor today. I don't like it there. I'm growing big: I'm 14 lbs. 1.5 oz. and 26.5 inches long. My head is 16.25 inches around too! The doctor says that's all good.

Mommy and Daddy asked the doctor a bunch of questions and the doctor went away. I wasn't sure why we were hanging around for so long but we were playing a little bit and just having fun.

Then the mean nurse came in and gave me 4 shots! They hurt a lot and I cried, but they didn't hurt THAT badly. I mostly cried so Mommy would cuddle with me, but I think she gets MORE upset than I do. She hates it when I cry. (I know the power of my tears!)

Daddy had to go to work and I got really tired so I took a nap. When I woke up, we were back home again. YEAH! My arm and legs were sore from my shots so Mommy was being very careful with me. I love my Mommy even though my tears make her sad.
